How to recognize a good quality deck?

Is there a difference between a Chinese made board and a Woodchuck board (Canadian made)?

HELL YEAH!!!

• You will NEVER get the same quality from a Chinese board.
• You will NEVER get as much pop, stiffness and durability in a Chinese board.
• You will NEVER get that extra air which will help you perform new tricks with a Chinese board.

WHY?

Chinese boards are not made with the same wood or glue as Woodchuck boards and they are not pressed the same way.  All of these factors affect the quality of a board.

Let’s not kid ourselves! You NEED to know many American and Australian brands now have their boards made in China. 

HOW DOES IT AFFECT YOU?

Those brands are still selling you their boards at the same price. Yet, it now costs them half (if not less) the price to make the boards. 

PLUS the boards don't last as long and don't perform as well.

THEY WIN, YOU LOOSE!!!

They are making more money by getting their boards made in China.
